NACHRICHTEN STUTTGART PLANT ERNEUT DURCHFAHRTSVERBOT FÜR LKW
Stuttgart. In Stuttgart soll für LKW künftig wieder ein Durchfahrverbot gelten. In einem heute vorgestellten Brief an das Regierungspräsidium forderte Oberbürgermeister Wolfgang Schuster (CDU) ein Verbot vom 1. Januar 2010 an. Der seit 2006 geltende Luftreinhalteplan habe bisher nicht den erwünschten Erfolg, erklärte Schuster. Er warte nun auf eine „zeitnahe“ Antwort aus dem Regierungspräsidium. „Die Zeit drängt“, sagte Schuster. Bereits 2006 hatte es in der Landeshauptstadt ein LKW-Transitverbot gegeben. Es galt bis zur Einführung der Umweltzone am 1. März 2008.
Schuster forderte auch, das Fahrverbot für Fahrzeuge mit roter Plakette um ein Jahr auf 2011 vorzuziehen. Autos, LKW und Busse mit gelber Plakette sollen ab 1. Januar 2012 verboten sein. Vor allem Nutzfahrzeuge werden von diesen Regeln betroffen sein. Bei den PKW war laut Ordnungsminister Martin Schairer nur rund ein Zehntel aller 261.763 in Stuttgart vergebenen Plaketten rot oder gelb. Von den 12.363 Plaketten für LKW und Busse sei rund jede Fünfte rot und etwa 40 Prozent gelb gewesen. Bisher war für das Fahrverbot mit gelber Plakette noch kein Termin angegeben worden.
An der Messstation Neckartor wurden 2009 die zulässigen Feinstaubwerte bis 19. Juli bereits an 66 Tagen überschritten, erlaubt sind pro Jahr 35. 15 der bundesweit 33 Umweltzonen liegen in Baden- Württemberg, im Südwesten sind drei weitere geplant.
